“Gurukrupa Violin and Sangeet Shastra Vidyalaya, Pune”, was founded on
the 17th of December 1989 by Mrs. Rashmi Soman. Mrs. Rashmi Soman holds a
‘Sangeet Alankar’ degree in classical music. She was trained under the
guidance of late Pt. Madhukar Godse for a period of 11 years (1983-1994)
and further under spiritual and musical guru Dr. Kisanmaharaj Sakhare
for a Ph.D thesis named “Sangeetkala and Rasvichar”. Along with this
gurukrupa will always be indebted to Late Ranjanatai Godse , family
members – Late Moreshwar Phadke , Dr Vimal Phadke , Late Krisnaraj ji
Soman , Late Sudha Soman , Dr Kamlesh Soman and Akshay Soman who’s
constant support andencouragement led to the success of Gurukrupa.
